Divided into fiction and non-fiction sections, it brings together the work of renowned science fiction authors such as Clelia Farris, Francesco Verso, Robert Silverberg, Chen Qiufan, Marian Womack and Jean-Louis Trudel, alongside contributions from environmental science experts including Giampietro Casasanta, Gennaro Fucile and others. Adopting a broad global perspective, the work takes readers on a journey through possible near and distant futures, offering a critical and scientific analysis of ongoing environmental transformations. ‘Anthropocene’ is a reflection on the challenges of our time, giving voice to the imagination and reality of climate change.
