LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING: Article 6, letter e) of European Regulation no. 679/2016: the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.
PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION OF PROCESSING: The data is processed, in compliance with the current regulatory framework, by Sapienza ARTEQ for the purpose of:
– collecting registrations for the event “Pillole di Terza Missione 2025.” The data will be used exclusively for the institutional purposes provided for, within the scope of laws, regulations, or contractual rules.
NATURE OF THE PERSONAL DATA STRICTLY NECESSARY TO PURSUE THE DESCRIBED PURPOSE: Common personal data: name, surname, email address, role, and department of affiliation.
STORAGE AND RETENTION: The data will be stored (in paper and digital format) for the time necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes, in compliance with national and European legislation (General Data Protection Regulation), at Sapienza ARTEQ.
NOTES ON THE RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT: The data subject is informed that they may, where the conditions are met, request from the data controller access to their personal data pursuant to Art. 15 of the Regulation, the rectification of said data pursuant to Art. 16 of the Regulation, the erasure of said data pursuant to Art. 17 of the Regulation (where the latter does not conflict with current legislation on data retention and the need to protect, in the event of legal proceedings, the University and the professionals who processed the data) or the restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 18 of the Regulation, or they may object to their processing pursuant to Art. 21 of the Regulation, as well as exercise the right to data portability pursuant to Art. 20 of the Regulation. In the event of a violation of the provisions of the Regulation, the data subject may file a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, in accordance with current legislation.
